hemorrhagic CVA is a catastrophic surgical emergency and lead to major morbidity and mortality in society. timely surgical intervention can change the outcome. a significant number of patients have good outcome when dealt early with hematoma evacuation and decompression. regular post op care showed decrease in disability scores

patient had significant recovery with continuation of care with phyiotherapy and rehabilitation and was back to his job in 6 months.
